Do Have Any LDS Books/CDs/DVDs to Sell?????
If you would like to find a home for any of your used books, CDs, or DVDs we are now opening a consignment section of our store!
Here is how it works:
1. Bring your items to our store.
2. Every book must have a sticker on it with your name code*, product code**, and the price.
3. You must present us with a list of all your items and their corresponding product code -- one for you and one for us. We must check the items, then both of us will sign both lists to confirm that all items are verified.
4. You set the price! It is highly recommended you discount the item 50% or we feel it just won't sell, but it is up to you.
5. When someone buys your item, we track it in our computer inventory system.
6. The typical consignment fee is 30-40% of the sale amount. Ours is 25%. We pay the sales tax , provide the location and do the advertising. You are paid by the 15th of the next month.
Here is an example of how it works:
*Name code = Your 3 initials (ie. John Todd Smith would be JTS)
**Product code = Starting with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and so on....
Let's say, you have 2 books (ie. 'The Work and The Glory, Volume 1' and 'Book of Mormon Made Easier' to sell and your name is John Todd Smith) to sell. You are going to be selling them for $10.00 each.
'The Work and The Glory, Volume 1' which is product code 01 would have a sticker on it saying: JTS, 01 and $10.00.
'Book of Mormon Made Easier' which is product code 02 would have a sticker on it saying: JTS, 02, and $10.00.
